• We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper installation.
• We do not offer technical support on installation, or trouble shooting.
• Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges on defective returns.
• We are not responsible for any damage caused by defective products or loss of use, uninstall/reinstall charges that may be incurred due to defective products.
• All defective returns are tested and if no problem is found item will be returned to buyer at buyer’s expense.
• Buyer is responsible for any missing parts on defective returns.
• Warranty will be considered VOID if the item shows any signs of the following: misuse or abuse, missing serial numbers, missing factory packaging, missing parts, etc.
• Warranty service will be refused if serial number of unit does not match that of serial number sold by us.
• By purchasing your product from us you agree to these terms and conditions with NO exceptions.
• Any defective item may be exchanged for the exact same item within 30 days of purchase only. Most products that we sell come with a full 1 year warranty. If your product becomes defective after the 30 day exchange period, we will either send your item out for repair or exchange the item at our discretion. Our customer is responsible for incurring any necessary shipping costs to return the defective item back to us. We will cover any shipping charges to return your new replacement item back to our you at no additional charge.
• A return authorization number must be issued by us before any products are accepted for return or exchange. Items without a return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the package will be refused. Please email us directly for your return authorization number.
• Most times, if a purchase was made in error or if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return your purchase to us, once you have gone through the return authorization procedure, within 30 days of the original purchase date. There are certain products that do not qualify for this 30 day return Policy. If concerned, please email us to see if the product in question qualifies before making your purchase.
• A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on any return for credit or refund and shipping charges will not be refunded, with no exceptions. Any item being returned for either credit or exchange must be in like-new condition and must be returned with all original manufacturer's packaging and packing materials, and must include all accessories and manuals that were originally included. Any item received back that is not returned in this condition will be refused at the buyer's expense and your return authorization number will become invalid.
• We hope you feel comfortable with our policies, as we have done extensive market research and have continuously upgraded our policies to make our customers shopping experience the best it can possibly be.
